I’ve held a few open houses here this month, and it always makes me smile when I hear “Wow!” when people first walk in the house. There are a lot of nice homes out there, but not all of them have a wow factor. This one does. The gourmet kitchen not only has granite counters and gorgeous cabinets, it also has a commanding view. You can oversee the living room, kitchen dining area and the backyard, which is by no means an ordinary backyard. The pictures on the MLS don’t really do it justice. More times than not, I hear another “Wow” when they go outside into the backyard.
