What does Team Ensor offer its team members?

We will offer you leads that are continually generated using our expansive marketing systems. These are real leads that we receive daily, from buyers and sellers in the Austin area. We are looking for experienced and motivated agents that know how to get business closed and are willing to diligently work with these prospects to help them reach their objectives. We will closely monitor your success and hold you accountable to maximize prospect conversion. In addition to offering our leads to you, we also teach all of our new team members how to generate their own leads and referrals!

What are the monthly fees?

Zero.  There are no hidden fees, no office rental fees, no monthly fees, no franchise fees, no gimmicks.  We want you to be able to build a business and not be bogged down with office expenses.

What is the office environment like?

Aside from the leads we offer, we also have a great office environment filled with positive people.  It’s a family environment at our office — we all help each other in any way that we can, and we participate in out-of-office events like fundraisers, blood drives, charity events and happy hours.  We will provide you with a comfortable space to work: complete with office computers, copy machines, conference rooms, and a compliance/accounting dept.
