This nice and quiet community is peacefully tucked away in the south area of Cedar Park that is easy access to Hwy 183 and minutes to shopping, restaurants, and ACC college, Malls, new convention center, and has excellent schools. The homes have garages, a community swimming pool, and some have greenbelt lots. There are floor plans with the master bedroom downstairs and there are 1 story plans available! The HOA includes water, trash, sewer, landscaping and exterior maintenance of the buildings!
